Our customer service team is physically based where the magic happens, so that if you have any doubt or concern with the furniture you ordered they will be ready to engage in a personal chat with you and provide photos and videos of your piece while in the production process.

TRACEABILITY

You will get notifications from our team when your order is confirmed, while its’ on production, when is ready to leave our factory and to coordinate the delivery so that you have full trace-ability on what’s’ going on with your SC furniture at all times.

TRACKABILITY

You will get a tracking number to be able to follow up your order at all times even when it leaves our factory and its being delivered to your home.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Our customer service team is based in our factory, if you by any situation have a unwanted experience with your purchase, our customer service team have the ability to respond to you and offer the best possible solution to fit your requires.

COMMITMENT TO YOUR EXPERIENCE

If after all our efforts to provide you the best possible shopping experience, you are still not happy because we haven’t accomplished our ‘service level agreement’ you will be able to return the product, ask for a replacement or for a full refund.
