Standard delivery time varies depending on what type of shipping service you purchase. Our curbside and white glove service offer between 2-3 week of transit time. All delivery transit times are subject to change due to external unforeseen factors such as custom strikes, material shortage, weather and other factors. We will endeavor to keep you informed on the progress of your order. Delivery is subject to reasonable and safe access. Hoisting and any other extraordinary measures necessary to accomplish delivery are at your risk and any additional cost must be paid by you at or before the time of delivery. A minimum re-delivery fee of $100.00 will be charged to you (i.e., the original credit card used for the purchase) if, after a delivery is scheduled with you, you are not at home, unable to, or do not accept a scheduled delivery and a second delivery trip is required.

Quality Inspection

You must inspect your merchandise upon receipt and document any damages on shipping paperwork, and preferably capture with digital images. Do not sign for and accept receipt in good condition without first inspecting your merchandise, as you agree to accept the merchandise in the condition received and waive all claims against South Cone.

Tracking Your Order

You will get different email notifications from our team along the process. The first notification will be sent when your order is received by South Cone. The second notification will be emailed when the order is in production. The third notification will be sent when the order is shipped and we will provide a tracking number.

SOUTH CONE’S Commitment

Our commitment is that your furniture will be ready to ship in approximately 4-6 weeks after you ordered it. Delivery time will vary depending upon the delivery option you choose. In the event that your order was damaged during shipping, please note so during the time you receive your furniture or call our customer service to inform them of the situation. We will be happy to send a replacement to you ASAP. In the unlikely event that we send you the incorrect product, you can ask for a replacement or your money back in full.
